An osage orange winged bowl, with black acrylic paint (except the bowl shape itself, and the very bottom) plus very small red and blue spots in the carved area. Lines have been carved through the black. Polyeurethane finish, buffed with wax. a gold metallic fill where there was an open knot in the bottom.
